Yes. But it would have to be pretty blatant. If I see someone carrying a gun in one hand and a gasoline can in the other sprinkling the gasoline all over a house or a car, I would call it in.

@4meAndyou what about seeing a car follow a package truck and someone get out and grab a package they just delivered? That happens a lot anymore.

@Fubar1 I was driving home from work one day, and got off the highway. I saw a car parked ON the off-ramp, and I thought I saw a driver in the car, slumped over. I called the police then, too. Told them I didn't know if the driver was all right. Could have been a diabetic episode...and I hope he was all right.
