@Fubar1 I was driving home from work one day, and got off the highway. I saw a car parked ON the off-ramp, and I thought I saw a driver in the car, slumped over. I called the police then, too. Told them I didn't know if the driver was all right. Could have been a diabetic episode...and I hope he was all right.

In my area, police stopped responding to suspicious long ago. Unless someone is bleeding or about to be, law enforcement ignores it.
