What advice would like to give the younger ones here from your vast experience of life..thank you

If you are embarrassed or feeling humiliated about something, or feel as though everyone is looking at you, they aren't. The truth is, almost everyone's head is up their own wazoo, and they don't notice very much about other people at all.

Don't let the old man (or woman) in. Age is mostly a mental condition: learn to adapt to the physical changes, but don't shut down the brain by living solely in the past.
