Not exactly nervous. Use to have a so called "nervous energy" problem for decades. Especially when I lifted the heal of my foot with my front of my foot down. Either sitting or standing.

My whole heal couldn't stop jerking when I did that.

Hasn't been a bad problem for twenty years now though.
