Can someone help me identify an insect?

I just caught this bug under a plastic CD spindle and I'm worried it might be some variety of roach. Anyone know what this is?

@ExtremeNext That's factually untrue, we wouldn't be here without a lot of bugs.

Although I really don't like them inside the house. They need to stay outside and do their bug thing.
