@SW-User I am certain that you work in a broad spectrum of your field. btw the KOH in the eye happened to a technician that worked in another battalion with the SeaBees. He was so deft he did it twice in a row filling up a battery’s electrolyte in an incorrect sequence!

@SomeLikeItHot I work in particle physics. I develop statistical techniques for searching for new particles.
@DemonicDelight I do believe in the devil because let's be real - how else could one explain Cardi B or Ke$ha's existence? I think the devil made those two.
@DemonicDelight Oh I tell ya, If he is responsible for most of the music scene and he shitted out those two, he might be the bad guy after all.
I tell you what cracks me up though are those televangelists. When I was in high school, there was a big one called "Robert Tilton" and let me put this gently as I can - he is batshit looney tunes basket case off his rocker peanut gallery crazy!

I would offer an opion here, but I've read everything else you had to say.
The next generations will understand it better, after they've had enough of the lies prevailing, then triumphant humanity may find itself in a paradise. To much self greed is taught for this to be the current of our social flow.
Free will is a dangerous thing. The ancient ones must have created the stories of evil and the underworld to explain the consequences for the desires of people to do things that are not for the good of the clan. Everything was likely shared until some renegades desired to keep the spoils of the hunt for themselves. Constructs were created. Heaven and hell, Gods and demons. Right and wrong. Salvation and damnation. This was before science, before psychology, before marriage, and likely even before writing. Humanity was on the brink of being wiped out. The clan could not afford dissention.
It's ok honey, you'll get through whatever's troubling you. Little tip: people don't like religious talk and it's kind of personal for believers, just, keep that in mind
SW-User
I agree not everyone likes the hell talk...@Melpomene
@DemonicDelight He did say if the church were taxed, the deficit could be paid off overnight. I wonder if that is still the case or if it would take a few weeks.
When we are thrown into a world with nothing but Temptation and plenty of evil, basically it means people were set up for failure from the get-go. But then some people say, well if you end up in hell that's your own damn fault.
It's like any other time that someone is set up basically for failure and then the person who does that tells them it's their own fault.
SW-User
Thats why Jesus came here@Punches the God himself, so that we are not alone fighting in this world against temptation and evil, against devil
@SW-User that would basically be the same though as if someone put someone else in a bad spot and then suddenly wanted to come to their rescue. It's like why put them in that bad position to begin with? I mean the government works basically the same way
SW-User
@Punches I don’t know if Adam and Eve being put in Paradise...can be considered to be a bad spot.
@Fukfacewillie haven't paid attention to what they said. I know that God will give everyone the opportunity to accept or reject what Christ did for humanity on the Cross. For by Grace are ye saved through FAITH and that not of yourselves it is the Gift of God. You can accept or reject but everyone will have the opportunity. That is what God's word states.
SW-User
@Fukfacewillie just being born or raised Christian doesn’t guarantee you anything. Believing Jesus and God does. Hell is full of Christians. YOU have to make that choice personally, not your parents , your religion, your town or whatever else excuse to not to do it... I was born in atheist family and raised atheist till I was 13. At 13 my own experience with God started...without my parents or any religion or not ever being a Christian before.
Not he, who was born in a Christian family, is not Asian or whatever else people come up with
Even humans are learning not to punish people with torture and death for breaking the law. But your 'almighty' creator sends off souls to burn for eternity for breaking his rules. Goddamn extortion.
@Baremine That's like the mafia, when they tell the poor shopkeeper that it's their choice to pay for protection, or they'll get their shop burnt down. They don't have a choice at all.
@Allelse God told Adam and Eve not to eat of they're of the knowledge of good and evil. They disobeyed. The penalty was death. Man made the decision to disobey God. Then God made a plan to redeem man. Man as a whole wants to do things his was not God's way. God is not the problem. It is headstrong mankind.
@Baremine Like the Mafia, they told the shopkeeper to pay up or they'd get their store burned down, and they'd be beaten up. So they had the choice to pay protection or get the rough end of the stick. I man they're offered a choice but it's not really free will.
