I totally agree , but the dark side scares human , that's why it's very important to have God in your life , if you have no God it invites all the darkness into the mind , and the end result would be suicidal thoughts and hopelessness
More like, humans see dichotomies everywhere, including things like the mind that, naturally, isn't binary. Light sides and dark sides, positive thinking and negative thinking, are just human constructs.
