Do you like pickled eggs?

I bought some in a jar from Costco (of all places cause now I have 7000 of them) and they are too pickled. LOL. Too sour.

I hope you dont have to throw them out. I would drain them, and then make a diluted recipe so that sourness dissipates. It might take a couple weeks in your fridge but it might save you from tossing them.

God I havent had a pickled egg since I was in my twenties!

[@488176,LunarOrbit] Thats a really good idea to dilute them. I’ll try it. Might make them more palatable

[@400556,NiftyWhite] I am a Costco conniseur. I literally vibrate when I’m in a city that has one. (Closest is three hours away). There aren’t many Costco products I found I didn’t like...but pickled eggs would be dissapointing. Especially picturing how many you would be stuck with. I would a a bit of sugar and some chopped onion as well as diluting the recipe with water. Good luck

absolutely not
I dunno that ive ever had one. Boiled egg stored in brine? Are they shelled before they get brined?

I love them, in fact I made a batch Saturday. Yeah, those store bought ones are usually too sour.

I like them. Usually make them myself; I don't like them too sour.
