I hope you dont have to throw them out. I would drain them, and then make a diluted recipe so that sourness dissipates. It might take a couple weeks in your fridge but it might save you from tossing them.

@NiftyWhite I am a Costco conniseur. I literally vibrate when I’m in a city that has one. (Closest is three hours away). There aren’t many Costco products I found I didn’t like...but pickled eggs would be dissapointing. Especially picturing how many you would be stuck with. I would a a bit of sugar and some chopped onion as well as diluting the recipe with water. Good luck
