Is it true that rubbing a disposable razor against jeans will make it last longer? There's a post on reddit saying that it does.

I’ve heard that and think it dries any water and also helps to remove any hair stuck in the double or triple blades. Not sure if sharpens the blades. They say to extend the use of the razor blades make sure they are dried after using.

@Longpatrol There’s not a whole lot there to sharpen. I don’t know how you would do it unless you have a tiny little sharpening tool that could get between the blades.

@Longpatrol and these disposables are fairly cheap especially if you can find some coupons in Sunday newspaper inserts to use when buying them.

@Longpatrol sometimes I save up to $10 while stocking up things. Has to be a good price with the coupons and something I use or I’m not buying it.

@Longpatrol I have donated some of my stuff to tornado victims when they were in need so I do keep extras of things that will not expire.
