When they genetically modify diseases to make them biological weapons they develop the vaccine so they can vaccinate their own people before they release the disease on the enemy populations.. The Chinese bio weapon scientist had developed Covid19 but had not yet developed a vaccine..

Nothing much. China is a typical massive country run by communist dictators pretending to he semi democratic. They take advantage of USA and others generous policies. I don't believe that they released COVID on the world but they did cover it up and they still lie about the numbers.
They have the world by the balls due to manufacturing which we all willingly gave up.

They intentionally released it on the world and now they are trying get away with it.
