Biological warfare agent that escaped the lab due to poor lab security.. Was not a intended release.. When they genetically modify diseases to make them biological weapons they develop the vaccine so they can vaccinate their own people before they release the disease on the enemy populations.. The Chinese bio weapon scientist had developed Covid19 but had not yet developed a vaccine..
