god yes i used to put grades into the grade books for my teachers and tutor the ones that needed help for them

If by pet you mean they wanted to put me in a muzzle and tie me to my desk and throw me treats so I would actually do some work, then yeah.

which i could tell pissed off my classmates.

so one day when the teacher gave me the key (answers) to check my own work, when i had finished before my classmates and then left the room.
i gave my classmates all of the answers.

They liked me just fine, when I decided to show up.

One teacher I had was a near neighbour. I cringed every time he said "Morning Jackleeeen" in a creepy kind of voice when he saw me setting off for school. And when in class he would sometimes say "As you know I am a neighbour of one of you' and I would try to disappear into my desk.
