There's a good chance the gloom is worrying him and the cheating is worrying you.

Look at it this way: you did what you did, but if you don't plan to confess, it's unfair to punish him with your moods. You did it. Own it. confess or don't (but don't confess it to make yourself feel better), and get on with it.

You can't take it back.

No and it is far too late for you to feel guilty.

A long while ago I.. didn't quite ghost a good friend of mine.. I got busy and we slowly stopped talking, but it was my fault. We've been talking a lot more the past few months.
Today it looked like he'd deleted our method of communication, and I got really sad. Then I felt super bad because I realize it was probably the same for him back then.:(

Clearly something was wrong to cause that to happen and like @Mamapolo2016 said, it is unfair to punish him with your mood because you had already done something that was unfair to him. I hope you are able to resolve what's going on.

May I ask why you did it?

Forgive yourself and ask God for forgiveness too and then go on and be a good wife. I would not disclose things in detail to him it’s too hard to get over!
