Could you live in a place where the temperature is 102 degrees F?

If there was extremely low humidity, yes, I could. And I have. I spent my summers growing up in far western Nebraska. That was pretty normal in August. It will be 91 degrees here tomorrow...and we have humid air. It's miserable.
Yeah; it gets like that with the heat index.

Now, the real question: Can I actually be outside in it?

Answer: ABSOLUTELY NOT.
No I could not. Used to mild temperatures where I live. But it will be in the 90s, which is rare, on Monday which I am dreading.
