Anyone else with COVID and Lung Problem make it through okay ?

Hi y’all! I was exposed to covid and am about 5 -6 days in.. I’ve got symptoms and I just got tested.. waiting for results to come back .. self isolating despite my work not only being the reason why a contracted this but also not being understanding at all.. with that being said, I’m a little worried about all the hype. My lungs do hurt.. quite a bit,, I have a mild fever.. I Also have had severe asthma and lung problems my whole life.. some from smoking during my younger years ..although my symptoms are kind of meh right now.. being on day 5-6... they do hurt.. I’m worried about things getting much worse.. I’m looking out for signs at which I would need to go to the emergency like severe shortness of breath, high fever, etc.. but so far so good. Who else here has had it and also has lung problems or health issues that make you more susceptible ? Would love to know your experience with symptoms throughout your time being sick. Thanks so much.
