A lot of people are saying the 80s were way better than the 90s. I think the 90s looked fun but I have to admit, I rather live in the 80s. My brother (1983) and sister (1987) were born in the 80s but didn’t experience the 80s enough and they even said the 80s looked more fun but they had a fun childhood in the 90s. Why were the 80s more better? It’s going to hurt the 90s and later kids feelings. I was born in late 2002.
I can just about remember the tail end of 1989 I was 3 years old going on 4. I remember going to nursery and then starting school. Only fools and horses was on tv, UK. I remember the music and cars of that era. Micheal Jackson was the king of pop era. I also remember ice cream vans and getting fries in an almost ice cream cone shape. Car alarms were always going off. I remember all this from about 1989 to maybe mid 90s when things started to change.
It's just a decade. I will put my two cents in that 80s was a great time for music, 70s had good funky disco music. The past like 1900-1950s makes great for antiques but not for living in. 90s and early 2000s had it's good time for cartoons. I wasn't crazy on 90s music but to be a teenager in the 90s looked fun.
Early 2000s was fun for me learning the internet, exploring music and its online games. The fashion was fun as well.
@SkullsandBeauty It seems like people aren’t so keen on 90s music but on well. I have to admit, 80s and before had better music. I feel bad for 90s kids though. I loved the 2000s. My cousin was upset because some people think she was unlucky to grow up in trashy music of the 90s. I don’t like rap that music. Too much
@AutismGirl18 We were right off the heels of the 60's hippies. We were kind of like the hippies, we weren't as wild but we had good music and we wanted to love everybody and thought we could change the world.
