How can I delete my full chat here with a specific person without deleting them??

Go to your message list
Check the box at the left of the message you want to delete, and it will give you the option to archive it.
Then go to profile preferences, open archived messages and you have the option to permanently delete that conversation. It does not delete or block the sender
@JoePourMan will the chat be unavailable to that person as well?

@JoePourMan hmm thanks any way

You click the little box to left of message when in inbox, and hit the delete button above...can't remember if it is a trash can icon. Then it'll just delete it to your archived messages, but if she doesn't delete her side, it stil exists.
@Coralmist thanks i appreciate
You cant unless you're a hacker.. just be less stupid next time..

Do you mean on a question or privately?

@darkknightt You can't control the other person's account. All you can do is ask them nicely if they'd delete.

If there's something in the PMs that is very personal and you feel they might try to use it against you in some way, you could send a message to Administration asking if they can possibly help but, you're going to have to have a very legitimate reason for asking. It's not something they will do unless they believe it is harmful to you in some way.
@SW-User thanks so much for your help , will definitely look into that one
