Mistakes I usually make, (just now finding out it is wrong): NOT seasoning my ground beef BEFORE I grill my hamburgers...you are also supposed to season the chicken BEFORE you add a seasoned breaded coating, fry it until the coating is crisp, and THEN finish it in the oven. My grandmother just...fried it...😂

OVER cooking my salmon. Found out last week that if the white stuff bubbles out of the top, it is overcooked. Who knew?

Then he would look at my plating and say, "This is season TEN!!! NOT season TWO!!" 😂

I've had to teach myself almost everything I know about cooking, but some things are simply NOT in the old cookbooks from which I learned. 😢
