Creating a bedtime routine. Other than that I take a couple supplements to help me sleep. Just NAC and l-theanine, no melatonin unless I'm trying to go to sleep at a different time.

@YukikoAmagi I drink kratom which is similar. It does ease my pain but not with sleep
