Destroying peoples lively hood and your tax dollars will not not bring him back!

Oh also it makes you no better than that scumb bag cop.
Gusman · 61-69, M
The sad part is that the people who worked at those businesses that have been destroyed have lost their livelihood and what happens to them?
Protest yes, but think about how those destructive actions are hurting the very people whom the protesters are protesting for.
Soramarie · 26-30, F
@Gusman exactly!!
blessedJess · 26-30, F
Since rioting has started the police officer has been taken into custody and charged with murder.
Before the riots he was suspended and they weren’t pursuing a case.

Also I don’t think rioting brings you to the same level as a murderer.
Soramarie · 26-30, F
@blessedJess because the process is the process.... It doesn't change..... That's how pd works. That's why he wasn't charged without all of what I just said happening
blessedJess · 26-30, F
@Soramarie so the DA stating he didn’t have enough evidence and that the evidence he did have wasn’t criminal is what put the cop away?

Was it the coroner report stating how there was now evidence that the cop kneeling on his neck is what killed him put the murdered away?

Would that evidence have held up in court? Definitely not.

Justice was served, and served fast because of the riots and outrage.

It isn't as much of rioting as an expression of pain and anguish. Also, there have been reports more and more coming out that all the people destroying properties (burning and such) belong to a white supremacist group. Clearly they're trying to take advantage of the volatile situation. Shame on these white supremacist groups. They don't care that America burns n dies if they can be alone with themselves
Soramarie · 26-30, F
@bellybuttonfan17 I don't give a eats ass who is doing it but it needs to stop
bellybuttonfan17 · 36-40, M
@Soramarie I agree with you. All I am saying is some very selfish agendas with an intent to destroy America as we know it are at play.
Soramarie · 26-30, F
@bellybuttonfan17 100% with you. I understand people are in pain as a daughter of a cop. (My uncle's are as well) it breaks my heart that anyone would deface a badge that way. But it doesn't make excuse for a second wrong it won't make a right
nowic2 · 61-69, M
Agreed. Rioting doesn't improve anything. The reason for rioting is just being used as an excuse for thoughtless antisocial behaviour.
Eternity · 26-30, M
Well people don't seem to care unless they're hurting too. Guess they figure it's time they spread their pain around.
Soramarie · 26-30, F
@Eternity actually they do care. The pd as a whole needs stricter guidelines. That's the only fix. Actually real reprecutons for bad officers
Eternity · 26-30, M
@Soramarie this is as real as it'll get until the justice system changes.

My only complaint is the randomness of the violence.

Their problem is with one specific police department so that's where they should take all this aggression.

They have a right to bare arms for just such occasions as this. Show them that if the courts wont hold them accountable then the people will.
Soramarie · 26-30, F
@Eternity the issue is the courts are holding them accountable there is a process for figuring out if a death by cop is with Ill intent. They found is to be after the investigation so they have arrested him.
CuddleFeesh · 31-35, M
That's what I was saying. Have you seen all the videos of the damage these people are causing. Corona virus I think needs to discriminate a little about who should and shouldn't die
SubstantialKick · 31-35, M
It was pretty much inevitable. In other words, it was bound to happen sooner or later.
Soramarie · 26-30, F
@SubstantialKick doesn't make it right
SubstantialKick · 31-35, M
@Soramarie I didn't say that 🤷🏾‍♂️. I'm just saying that the fire had already started figuratively speaking, based on years and years and years of the mistreatment of minorities. Was there a chance to put it out before it grew? Yes, there was but now it sadly may be too late.
Exactly...but I'll bet you have to spell it out to people here..
Throughout history it’s been mostly rioting that has made the biggest impacts. 🤷‍♀️
Soramarie · 26-30, F
@MorbidCynic the store can be rebuilt yes but it will take time. Becoming criminals ourselves doesn't solve a thing
@Soramarie I used to work at Target, they don’t pay minimum wage, they start at $15 an hour and you get 0.25 raise every year.

They also get appreciation pay, so they get around $17+ an hour now with 40 hour work weeks.

I do judge them, they shouldn’t be mothers. Nature obviously deemed them unfit and they should have never reproduced.

Like I said, rioting and violent acts have been historically the only things that have ever made change throughout history.

2 weeks is plenty enough time to be transferred to another Target location to work until the store is rebuilt btw.

There are also plenty of other stores and online stores to purchase formula from.
Soramarie · 26-30, F
@MorbidCynic you are deplorable for judging someone who cannot breast feed. Some people have kids when they are well off and fall on hard times. You are being blocked. Descusting
SimplyTracie · 26-30, F
People ignored Colin Kaepernick. Now this.
