Do you really think there is such a thing as going overboard with eating “too healthy?”

Like, I’m really thin, and I don’t strive to eat healthy because I think I’m fat, I know I’m not fat. I just know I clearly cannot go on a diet, because that really would not be a very good idea in my case. I just love eating a lot of salads and blending cut bananas and strawberries and blueberries with low-fat milk in my stepmothers Nutri Bullet blender almost every morning.

No, but you've got to make sure that your diet is, in fact, healthy. The idea that fruits and vegetables are healthy is essentially born of the fact that most people eat too little of them, and have to make a deliberate effort to compensate; eating only fruits and vegetables could be just as unhealthy as living on a diet of cream and sugar. If you've got a balance of stuff you're all good.

Only when it consumes your whole life & you become one of those boring people who talk about it all day 😊

I'm possibly thinner than you. If I don't at least get 3000 calories a day I loose even more weight. You just can't get that amount of calories on what most consider "healthy"! 🤷🏻‍♂️

There is no such thing as too healthy, but it is possible for diets to become unhealthy when taken too far.

You can't eat too healthily, no. However you can go overboard and eat unhealthily in a misguided attempt to eat healthy.
