Do you really think there is such a thing as going overboard with eating “too healthy?”

Like, I’m really thin, and I don’t strive to eat healthy because I think I’m fat, I know I’m not fat. I just know I clearly cannot go on a diet, because that really would not be a very good idea in my case. I just love eating a lot of salads and blending cut bananas and strawberries and blueberries with low-fat milk in my stepmothers Nutri Bullet blender almost every morning.
