What does a healthy ego look like?

I'm beginning to find out...slowly. If you are confident and secure and not afraid of being hit or hurt or screamed at, you are able to tell people no...you are able to evict people from your life who are toxic or painful in any way...and you can give back just as good as you get. In other words...NOW it looks like ME!!!! 😂😂😂🤭😉

Able to take constructive criticism when needed but puts their foot down for abuse.

Its one of those things you don't know what it looks like, but you recognise it immediately when someone has it.
