Yes. In fact I feel God would rather have them than believers. Believers can be sycophants. And it is annoying to always be harassed by your fans. Atheists don't believe in you so they by extension leave you alone. Much more peacful.

Why would they want to go to heaven? Heaven is within their own hearts...and it is reached with the beauty and power of the Holy Spirit. If the Holy Spirit is not in their hearts, then all they can see and feel is a barren wasteland.
