Be honest with your therapist and do your homework. Some of it seems pointless and some of it is outright painful but it all serves a purpose. Lean on those you trust for support. Cut out the people who stress you. Get enough sleep, get into a healthy routine, and make your self care a priority.

@fluteacorn Your therapist can help you learn to cope with difficult family members. Sometimes we can't change the people in our lives but we can learn how to fortify ourselves against their attacks.

The VA has access to classes that help with that.
