Well . My brother plays basketball professionally and it really helped him grow in height. Certain sports,as it is a scientifically proven,promote the production of a growth hormone in the body and people can actually grow in height. But other things are important as well such as nutrition,sleep. So she is not entirely wrong. But she a bitch 🤭

@redredred She's probably fat. These people want to turn the world upside down, redifine words, make wrong right, make healthy standards a "phobia" and so on. There was a male feminist on my facebook talking about how if you aren't doing what he thinks you should be doing during the lockdown, you "lack self discipline". Coming from someone who is easily over two hundred pounds, with greasy scraggly hair and an unkept beard.
