Affordable housing
How is affordable housing, college and health care bad ideas? Is this a boomer thing? I'd love to afford a home and college but I cant.

@SW-User yep, a kid too. A nice car that wont break down all the time, but cars are way too much. Min wage wont pay it all.

Just buying a crib is around $100, toys, clothes, ect.
