As America has banned flights from Europe should Europe reciprocate and ban flights from the US?

it would be pretty hypocritical to do that now, given that the EU and others have already protested against the ban. Besides when have tit-for-tat actions ever done anything useful apart from making the governments concerned look childish?

The ban is on flights from Continental Europe, not Britain and Eire. Perhaps Mr. Trump has not been told about Eurostar, nor about connecting flights between Europe, many UK airports and Dublin....

I believe we are all going to be closing each other off for the foreseeable future. Canada closed it’s borders with US, so now we are closing our borders to them. Medical necessity is a different story, but nothing else is allowed through either way.
