can you generate a voluntary lucid dream ?

Nimbus · M
Yep!
Easily.

Eat a handful of walnuts 3 hours before bedtime!

@Questionable i tried mindfullness many times before, i used my subconscious in many past situations successfully. i never believed that subconscious mind has any power, but i am sure for now!
@saher090 it takes work for me to keep focused. but yeah i do it successfully. lucid dreaming sounds like a great thing. i'm gonna try the walnut thing.

@Questionable to be honest, i never tried wallnuts for that purpose but after the comment i guessed why it has this effect
naps help to induce them better.

I always lucid dream, no idea how or why though, it's just something I have always been able to do. It may be part of the reason why I never want to wake up, lol
Not anymore :(

@boklenholley7 you mean, you could do it before, but now?
@saher090 yeah. When I started getting nightmares so much I stopped being able to lucid dream.
saher090 · 31-35, M
@boklenholley7 it is an evidence that you got your subconscious active, so you started to see these nightmares!
If so, I volunteer.

I wish, but no....
😒
DDonde · 31-35, M
I have tried but I am unable. When it happens involuntarily, it usually lasts about 15 seconds and then I wake up.
saher090 · 31-35, M
@DDonde i did it once, calculating large numbers in my mind, i was amazed how i did it so fast and accurate beyond our weak conscious mind, it was crazy
