Yep!
Easily.

Eat a handful of walnuts 3 hours before bedtime!

@Nimbus interesting!
Nimbus · M
@saher090 It is!
Try it.
I did and I get effects of being on LSD, lol
saher090 · 31-35, M
@Nimbus may be this effect because wallnut is rich in tryptophan!

@saher090 It also produces melatonin in the brain which induces sleep.
saher090 · 31-35, M
@Nimbus yes that is because it is rich in tryptophan, it increases both serotonin and melatonin.
@saher090 Is this true about walnuts? I wouldn't have guessed that a particular food would increase the chances of having a lucid dream. That sounds remarkable!

@Questionable chemistry bro, it is magic, i am sure that chemistry is our mean to open our full brain powers one day, and then we would be another creatures that will have super powers!
@saher090 Chemistry is powerful, to be sure. I tend to focus on meditation and mindfulness. I try to be deliberate about where I focus my attention, although I succeed only a fraction of the time!

@Questionable i tried mindfullness many times before, i used my subconscious in many past situations successfully. i never believed that subconscious mind has any power, but i am sure for now!
@saher090 it takes work for me to keep focused. but yeah i do it successfully. lucid dreaming sounds like a great thing. i'm gonna try the walnut thing.

@Questionable to be honest, i never tried wallnuts for that purpose but after the comment i guessed why it has this effect
