@indyjoe I agree with you, that's the way my parents were and I respected their wishes but it's a different world now my friend.

@indyjoe now, you are crossing the line and judging parents on their parenting skills. Kids today are more at risk for rebellion and lots of other things because of external circumstances, socially, whatever right? All I know is don't throw stones because I'm sure not even you are perfect parent.
