What can I say to a friend who wants plastic surgery? (Breast implants)

She is so beautiful and perfectly fine. But she is so insecure and I really don't want her to be hurt. The risks involved and cost is just tremendous. Please tell me how I can help her

@tutku I can't imagine how people lack empathy to this degree. She is fucking her body up because of an insecurity. I cannot force her to do anything but as a friend isn't it my duty to help her when she's about to make a terrible decision?
