Try to find out why she's insecure (something must have made her be that way) and see if there's any way you can bolster her confidence in a natural manner without resorting to such artificial and expensive tactic. See if you can find a good book or website that talks about body positivity and show her it. And above all be gentle with her. Her body isn't the real problem. The real problem is that she doesn't think it's good enough... and that's a mental health self-esteem issue not a physical one. Some professional counselling might also help, but she'd be the one that would have to want to do it, not you. 🤗
