Just got back after Christmas and theres an open packet of cheese inbthe fridge thats been there over a week....

It's made of old milk. It'll be fine for many more weeks.

Unless you're in the US. Fuck knows what your cheese is made of. It'll be fine for decades.

It might be a bit dried out...but if not then it should be okay. Cheese takes a good while to spoil and a week or two isn't quite long enough.

If there isn't mold and it isn't dried out, I would.

They cut the mold off before you got it🙂
