@Mountainlady16 I don't know that it will actually completely backfire but that stunt will result in him getting more votes than he would have gotten hand they not impeached him. Nancy Pelosi said that right after he was elected but did not listen to her own advice.

@Subsumedpat yep and now she's trying to hold up the trail by not sending the impeachment paperwork to the Senate cause she knows it just take a simple vote and her goose is cooked

@Mountainlady16 I think they will hold on the house by a slim margin, the republicans will keep the senate and Trumps fate will be determined by chance. The economy works in cycles, we are in an up cycle which has never in history not been followed by a downturn so it is not a question of if but when. If the economy goes south before the election Trump will be tossed, if not he will hang on and be reelected.
