Is the word "Herbert" really a euphemism for "pervert"?
I never used to think it was, but I have discovered a site which suggests it is.

@SW-User It's in an Internet script of a TV comedy. They've put "pervert" where it should say "Herbert". What else are they trying to say?

@Bewilderbeeste Very strange. To me, saying someone is a 'right Herbert' means that they have done something stupid not perverted
