You know what's far better than peace and quiet?

An ex who destroyed your life but won't leave you alone. How she keeps getting a new phone number I will never know. I get it, narcissists love to rub it in with subtle methods just so they can feel better about themselves, but seriously f*** off. I don't need to know about your string of "boyfriends" after, how bad your life got after you ran off, or that your abusive mother is abusive.

So what's better than peace and quiet for you?

I go to bed early.
I love hearing the pups playing, barking, running through the house. I know that all is well and normal - I am at peace.

Hmmm. Almond Roca? Reese's peanut cups? I had a relationship with the Almond Roca last week, and it just wouldn't leave me alone. But then THIS week, Reese's Peanut Cups are NOT SORRY and they flaunt it in your face on their television commercials, and they have forced me to add a family sized bag to my grocery order. 😡
