Why doesn't the Queen do something about the wicked USA diplomat who ran someone over?
I like the Queen but it makes me so mad an American can just come to my country and run people down and get away with it.

Has happened in America,too.
It shouldn't happen at all, nobody should be above universal laws.
It is my understanding that it was put into effect, to protect foreign diplomats from coming to a country and not knowing their laws to protect them from things like breaking a traffic law or something similar.
In reality it has been used,as we know,
for everything under the Sun,including murder.
It's an outdated law, I think,and it should be repealed.
