If you could only have one child would you have a boy or a girl?

Obviously you can't pick in real life, but if you could choose which would it be? Ngl I'd probably want a boy personally

I have a son. I wanted one of each, but pregnancy and ptsd didn't mix well with me...so I recently adopted my little niece! She is so cute! 🙂

I would have no preference...I have no children, but would have loved being a father to a girl or a boy.
Doesnt matter. I would love them & make sure they are strong, intelligent & kind adults.

I have both and I can honestly say it wouldn’t matter.

The most important thing is that the child is healthy

I don't have a preference either way. If I could only have one. If that opportunity comes up.

No preference and I’d feel guilty choosing one gender over the other....OK fine a girl !!!

I'd have a girl.

Boys are too much. I'm not in the mood for being their father figure

But I have a girl.

I have three daughters.
And I am a proud father of "girls".
Has no prefferences before them. And, as my only experience, I have no emotional frame to wish it different.
So, life made me, in a good way, "biased" in an only personal scale.
It wouldn’t matter to me...

A boy for a few reasons.
I’ve always liked the idea of giving my son ( should I ever have one) my father’s name. It was tradition until I was born a girl with no children to follow me. I admire my father and also my grandfather. I think it would be special to pass that on. With my husband being who he is... I definitely prefer a boy. He’s the best but definitely wants me to have everything I want. I see that transferring to a little girl. Then we have a diva on our hands who has my husband wrapped around her finger.
Nothing in particular wrong with having a daughter but given the option between the two I would prefer a son.
