When was the last time you went into a shop and asked for Durex when you meant to say Dulux?

Not one single time in my whole entire life.

Don't know what either thing is either.

and no one here in the "states" ever asked for a certain "brand" since 1942.

Store clerks are overworked and clueless and have no idea what's in their store...
