On this beautiful day, I'm focusing on finding good-feeling thoughts to allow every cell in my body to align with my true, essential, healthy being. It's the path to curing any disease or condition.

I am ready for Fall. Take a nice hike or walk today in the cooler weather

After spin class, I'm gonna make a cornbread strata, do some laundry, and condition and blow dry my hair.

Late Winter is, here, being from moderate to warm: 55℉ now.

Yes, I was just telling my wife that it feels like fall temperatures out there today...summer isn't quite done with us yet though (the heat and humidity is suppose to move back in this week), but fall isn't far away and I'm looking forward to it.

I am going to the park later,been too long since I took a walk and been in nature.

I like to walk in the park and watch people and nature.
I find it relaying and fun.

I am at the dog park. It’s the first day it doesn’t stink because of the heat.

What about going for a good walk.
