I had that come up as well but when I tried to install I came across something I didn't understand so I stopped..i really am not computer sauvey..lol

I would but I cant I can tell you it says I was offline and my message was not processed to go ahead and try again because I am online... and I try it gives me the same thing again over and over and over and over..lol, non stop @FeetAreFantastic:

Sorry to hear you are so disappointed. It took a while to adapt to it, but I am so glad now that I made the efforts. If nothing else, it boots up so much faster!

Hi im using IE..and now everything is going downhill, fast...I cant access my email..facebook says my browser is not compatible and I try to upgrade and I cant..i think I might have to buy a new laptop..thanks for asking
