how do i upgrade to windows 10: thanks

on my laptop which is an HP I have windows 7, I'm wondering if that would have anything to do with why I cant post anything from home..

I`m using Win7 on my desktop and have no issues. What browser are you using? I`m using Pale Moon browser.

Hi im using IE..and now everything is going downhill, fast...I cant access my email..facebook says my browser is not compatible and I try to upgrade and I cant..i think I might have to buy a new laptop..thanks for asking
