how do i upgrade to windows 10: thanks

on my laptop which is an HP I have windows 7, I'm wondering if that would have anything to do with why I cant post anything from home..

I downloaded Windows 10 on my other computer.. and in a day I changed it back to Windows 7. It was horrible.. it even knocked out all my security.

oh really...I wish I could figure out why I cant type messages or anything from my laptop..ive tried everything...I was good for a few days than it started telling me I was not online and my request was not processed (message or post or whatever) then it says try again then same message over and over

@LindaM: I don't know why you are having troubles but they have nothing to do with you using Windows 7. I use it and it works just fine.

@LindaM: if it tells you you're not online then you might indeed not be online. Check your Internet connection, cables, modem.

I would but I cant I can tell you it says I was offline and my message was not processed to go ahead and try again because I am online... and I try it gives me the same thing again over and over and over and over..lol, non stop @FeetAreFantastic:
