@SW-User Wow. That is amazing!
SW-User
@SW-User it's fun, and it keeps me feeling relaxed.
SW-User
@SW-User Glad to know that.
SW-User
Planks for 10sec.
SW-User
@SW-User I thought 60 secs is still not enough.
SW-User
@SW-User thats the farthest i could go 😳
SW-User
@SW-User Don't worry, you'll reach further once you get used to it.

Benchpressing 215 twice or 10 pounds over my body weight with10 reps rates up there.

@SW-User Some ladies don’t want huge pec muscles and that makes total sense. Ladie’s legs look good with a little muscle though! 😊
SW-User
@Pfuzylogic Agreed.

I like the post where you show yours.
Who knows what a few leg presses would do? 😎

Well I almost never exercise so when I tried out the ab workout video on P90X, I felt like I was going to die haha and it's only a 15 minute video.

@WorldsGreatestDad When you have never exercised, don't apply the heavy method of workout in the beginning right away. You have to start with a small step, small method so that your body can take time and develop into it before you can jump into the next step. And once you feel that your body is fully adapted to exercise and workout, you can push it to the extreme, and set a higher goal.

Boot camp first day we were medically cleared
SW-User
@Scubaguy027 Honestly, I would pass out in the beginning. I'm more into cardio.
SW-User
Running a mile
SW-User
@SW-User Interesting. I wish I could run, but since there are too many dogs in the neighborhood that I could only stay at home and do cardio.
SW-User
@SW-User I haven't run since then lol. That was 10 years ago
SW-User
@SW-User Oh okay. 😃
