Is it weird if a girls body developed at early age ????

@FreeSpirit1 They think that's something to do with hormones in food and cosmetics in the Western World.

They did a study on African teen girls and African American teen girls, and the African American girls were hitting puberty about three years earlier than their African counterparts...

@Fernie well mostly that having breasts wouldnt always realise how young someone is until have been looking too long at someone too young looking older like she was 18 not under 16
