No not really. Because of all the garbage chemicals girls are developing earlier and earlier and men later and later.

@Fernie um...im in my 20's so i guess you defined many years ago differently. Which makes sense right, to me 5 years is a fifth of my life span.

If by genetic you mean epigenetics then i wont assumed you are right, but its very plausible.
