@jetpack Rosenstein retired, this was at his farewell ceremony. He didn’t crack a smile the entire time the investigation was going on and at the ceremony he laughing and smiling the entire time.

@TheOneyouwerewarnedabout That and the fact that Rosenstein had a deadpan expression on his face for the duration of the whole investigation...couldn’t believe how he was smiling and laughing...that laughter was something else at his retirement ceremony...
