If you were given three hours to turn a laser pointer into a weapon, what other stuff would you use for the task?

I'm thinking my toaster and microwave could do the trick, with some Plutonium 239, which I always have in my freezer.

I'd attach it to a bable fish along with a Zap-o-matic. That way no matter what language they speak they'll understand what's about to happen 😁
